In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a Member must wager using Bonus Funds (or a multiple thereof) before those funds become eligible for withdrawal as real money.

Access to the Platform and use of any axl77 Service is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the Member's continued use of the Platform:

4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering more than one Account — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or using different payment methods — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the axl77 Platform or have been permanently banned from the Platform for prior violations of these Terms.

To access the Services, you must register an Account on the Platform by completing the registration form accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. axl77 may require you to re-verify your details at any time.
2. Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. axl77 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
3. Account Security: You must notify axl77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. axl77 reserves the right to suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
4. One Account Per Person: Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be closed without notice, and any balance held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
5. Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
6. Account Closure by Member: You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting axl77 customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to completion before closure is finalized. Accounts closed at the Member's request may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification.

axl77 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. The KYC process may also be triggered at any point during a Member's use of the Platform if axl77 determines that additional verification is necessary.

1. Required Documents: Members must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian passport, or other government-issued photo ID at axl77's discretion. Documents must be current, unaltered, and clearly legible.
2. Proof of Address: axl77 may require a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document demonstrating your residential address, issued within the preceding three months.
3. Proof of Payment Method: For withdrawals to bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or other supported banks) or e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), axl77 may require confirmation that the receiving account is registered in your name.
4. Processing Time: KYC document review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. During peak periods, this may extend to 72 hours. Withdrawals remain pending until verification is confirmed.
5. Refusal to Verify: If a Member refuses to submit KYC documentation or submits documents that are fraudulent, expired, or otherwise unsatisfactory, axl77 reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through a Member's Account Wallet:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via Indonesian local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and Member tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by axl77's payment processing system. Bank transfers are typically confirmed within 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet deposits are generally instant.
• axl77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which axl77 bears no responsibility.
• Only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds belonging to third parties, or funds derived from criminal activity, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may be requested to any bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's verified name. axl77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals are processed within three minutes for fully KYC-verified Accounts during standard processing hours. During peak periods or for large amounts, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• axl77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including requiring re-submission of KYC documents, for amounts that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by axl77's internal risk management systems.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements as set out in Clause 6. Real-money balances that have not been subject to any bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time without wagering conditions, subject to KYC completion.
• axl77 may, at its discretion, reject a withdrawal request and return the funds to the Member's Wallet where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

axl77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all axl77 promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to eligible Members only. axl77 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion, including geographic restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, or Account tier requirements.
2. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry window will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated period; Bonus Funds that expire unused will be removed from the Wallet without compensation.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution schedule will be published with each promotion.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, Members may hold only one active Bonus Fund allocation at a time. Claiming a new bonus before an existing Wagering Requirement is satisfied may result in forfeiture of the original bonus.
5. Abuse Prevention: axl77 monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, coordinated multi-account claiming, and placement of bets that do not reflect genuine gaming intent. Where bonus abuse is detected, axl77 reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or close the Member's Account.
6. Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: axl77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members with active Bonus Funds at the time of discontinuation will be given reasonable notice and a window to satisfy any remaining Wagering Requirements.

The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets available on the Platform. Specific game rules are published within each game's interface and, in the case of sportsbook markets, within the relevant betting market's information panel.

1. RNG Integrity: All casino games offered on the Platform use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. axl77 does not alter RNG outcomes and publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles. 4. Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute over a game result or bet settlement, the Member must contact axl77 support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. axl77's decision following review of server logs and game records is final and binding.
5. Technical Malfunctions: axl77 is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions, device failures, or other technical issues on the Member's side. In the event of a platform-side technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game, axl77 will investigate and, where appropriate, void the affected round and return stakes.

Members must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit Platform features in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Members or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Member who discovers such an error must report it to support immediately and must not exploit it; exploitation of known errors is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits or withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds, or using the Platform for any purpose connected with criminal activity.
• Registering multiple Accounts, using fictitious identities, or accessing the Platform on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and without axl77's prior written approval.
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to disguise your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdiction-based access restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after having used the deposited funds to place bets. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and may be referred to relevant financial fraud authorities.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content; scraping or automated data extraction; reverse engineering of any Platform software; or use of the axl77 brand or logo without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of axl77's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, axl77's total liability to any Member in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

axl77 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, even if axl77 has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, as all gaming results are subject to chance and are not within axl77's control once a bet has been confirmed.
• Losses arising from a Member's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional communications.
• Losses caused by circumstances outside axl77's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, banking system disruptions, or regulatory interventions.

axl77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points from the Privacy Policy include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

axl77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Members' rights or obligations — axl77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on the Member's Account, or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.

Where amendments are non-material — such as minor clarifications, typographic corrections, or updates to contact information — they may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which axl77's operating entity is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through axl77's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits axl77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect axl77's legitimate business interests, intellectual property rights, or the integrity of the Platform.
